She is survived by her children Deborah and husband Rick Collins of Swanville, Rebecca and husband Michael York of Orrington, William and wife Raylene Banks of Swans Island, Constance and husband Jeffery Card of Frankfort, Carrie and husband Kenneth Anderson of New Gloucester, Liela and husband James Johnson of Holden sisters Liz and husband Burl Calsing of Arkansas, “Babe” and husband Chuck Gautier of Texas, brother Tommy and wife Nancy Lunney of Oklahoma and sister-in- law Jeanette Lunney of Oklahoma numerous nieces and nephews. Mary enjoyed shopping, traveling, swimming and keeping up with the many life events of her children and grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband, Merle and brothers, Clinton and William Ritchie. ![]() Known for her generous heart, she never missed an opportunity to load up her blue station wagon in search of a delightful adventure. Survived by her son, Mark (Gretchen) Banks and grandson, Matthew Banks. After retirement, she embraced her greatest joy as Nana to 13 grandchildren. ![]() After moving to Maine, Mary was an Operating Room Nurse first at Eastern Maine General Hospital and then Waldo County General Hospital. Mary began her career as a nurse in Arkansas, where she met and married her husband William H. Edward’s Mercy Hospital in Fort Smith, Arkansas in 1952. Born in Richmond, Indiana on April 23, 1974, he was the son of Mary Lou Banks and the late Reed C. Anthony Catholic School and then went on to earn her nursing degree at St. Banks, 48, of Wallingford, CT, passed away unexpectedly on September 12, 2022, in Meriden, CT. She grew up in Oklahoma as the oldest of ten children. Mary was born in Okmulgee, Oklahoma June 8th, 1931 the daughter of James and Mary (Green) Lunney. Her family is grateful that they were able to be by her side. “Lennie” Catherine Banks passed away peacefully on February 20th 2015. The funeral service will be held from Bishop's Funeral Home on Wednesday March 7th, 2007 at 2:00 pm with Father Ken Weir officiating. Resting at Bishop's Funeral Home 540 Woodstock Road Fredericton NB, were visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 6th, 2007 from 6 to 9 pm. She is survived by her husband, Mark five children, Raymond Risdon and Jessie Risdon both of Calgary, Ashley Risdon of Moncton, Leon Risdon and Matthew Banks both of Ripples two grandchildren, Jason and Braidon mother, Ann Ackerson of Digby, NS and step-father, Garnet Ackerson of Ripples, NB two brothers, James Dubec of Portgual and Tom Dubec of Ontario two sisters, Kelly Sparkes (Tim) of Ripples and Jackie Vinet of Calgary mother and father-in-law, Donna and Ross Banks of Gagetown several nieces, nephews and cousins. Tina had an avid interest in geneology, meeting numerous friends on the internet through her endeavors. Born in Halifax, she was a daughter of the late Tom Fischer Roman Catholic by faith, she was a teacher's assistant with special needs children. BANKS, TINA MARIE At the Oromocto Public Hospital on Sunday, March 4th, 2007 Tina Marie Banks of Ripples, NB passed away at the age of 45.
